Extensive experience in purchases and refinances for all FHA, VA, Conventional, ARMs, Reverse Mortgages, HELOC, Negative Amortization, Balloon Mortgages, Loan Modification, Commercial, and Land Loans. He handles signing for power of attorney and properties in a trust.

Dave double checks files for completeness before both leaving the settlement and returning of documents. Because of his experience before the settlement, he catches missing documents. He is detail oriented on correct signatures, initials, and making sure notarization is properly done. Copy packages are printed to client specifications. He understands the urgency of time and promptly returns of all sign packages.
